The total investment of the Tuhuang Technology Building project is 150 million yuan, covering an area of about 14.32 acres, with a new construction area of over 38000 square meters. This project consists of one 17 story office building and one 6-story workshop building, connected by a central podium. Among them, the production workshop will be equipped with seamless integrated computerized flatbed machines, industrial washing machines, intelligent warehousing equipment, digital management equipment, transportation robots and other related equipment, forming a digital, intelligent and green production mode, which can produce 1.2 million pieces of high-end brand clothing annually.
The Tuhuang Technology Building project is scheduled to commence in October 2023 and is expected to be completed in February 2026. After completion and production, Tuhuang Company will double its production capacity and have a larger live streaming base and product exhibition hall, thus achieving industrial upgrading from traditional manufacturing to high value-added fields such as research and development, exhibition, and design.
